Party With Purpose 5K Run
Party With Purpose is hosting their 12th annual 5K and Kids Fun Run to support local children’s charities on Tuesday, July 12th. The Kids Fun Run is open to all local children, while the 5K is open to everyone from the novice runner to those more experienced. After the run, the fun continues with a party on Hoboken’s Pier A with live music and a beer garden for runners 21 and older.

You can register online from June 1st-30th for 30 dollars and from July 1st-8th for 35 dollars. July 9th-11th registration is 35 dollars and must be done in-person at Fleet Feet on 604 Washington Street, Hoboken, and July 12th registration is 35 dollars and must be done in-person at Pier A. On the day of the run, the Kids Fun Run starts at 3:30 p.m., check in for the 5K is at 5:00 p.m., Warm Ups by Devotion Yoga are at 6:00 p.m., and the race starts at 7:00 p.m. After the race, the after party starts at 8:00 p.m., and is free for all runners and volunteers. For everyone else, admission is five dollars (cash only) and beer and wine tickets are also five dollars (cash only).
Every pre-registered runner will receive a goody bag with free stuff as well. They can pick up their race number and performance t-shirt in advance at Fleet Feet the weekend before, or the day of, two hours prior to start time. Party With Purpose is a 100 percent volunteer based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity organization with the mission to improve the wellbeing of disadvantaged youth with the help of the local community. They produce fun and unique events that bring the community together, and with the help and support of local volunteers, sponsors and attendees, PWP has been able to donate over 600,000 and counting.
