The Jersey City Project Presents Project: MARKET This Sunday

by Lauren Scrudato

Project: MARKET, a heated outdoor vendor market spearheaded by The Jersey City Project in conjunction with the City of Jersey City and the office of Mayor Steven M. Fulop, will be held from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. this Sunday at City Hall Park, 280 Grove Street.

This market differs from all the rest, because not only can you buy one of a kind handmade items, you can create your own! Do It Yourself Workshops, including silkscreening scarves, totes and journals with Nightingale Projects, will let you to release your inner creativity.

There’s a handful of our friends who were featured in our shopping guide who you must pay a visit to during your time at Project: MARKET, including Another Man’s Treasure, Kanibal Home, Smith and Chang, and Hazel Baby.

Project: Market is the perfect chance to get the full scope of businesses in Jersey City and support the community’s endeavors.
