Now that the cafes are closed due to COVID_19, let’s fill our homes with fresh baked muffin aroma at home. These muffins are very easy to make, quick to bake, have crusty golden tops and moist fluffy interior. Perfect for your cuppa ☕️. . They are wonderful to make with kids (science happens in the kitchen), partners or on your own. Can be frozen and reheated again in the oven. Buttermilk can be substituted with kefir, yogurt or sour cream. Eggs could be replaced by flax meal.
