Netflix has received final approval to demolish 47 World War II-era buildings at Fort Monmouth, allowing work to begin on the last phase of its $903M New Jersey mega-studio. The plan includes new outdoor filming areas, support yards and backlots across 79 acres in Oceanport, completing the 289-acre redevelopment.
