It’s been more than two months since Rep. Tom Kean Jr. last cast a vote in Congress, and New Jersey’s most competitive congressional seat sits without its representative. His chief of staff told the New York Times there are “no cameras where Tom is.” Four Democrats debated Tuesday to replace him. His staff says he’s not dropping out.
