A West Caldwell, New Jersey manufacturer is behind a major nationwide recall of more than 356,000 iron-containing vitamins and dietary supplements. Vitaquest International issued the recall after products from 11 brands — including Sakara, Dr. Fuhrman, Bird&Be, and Arey — were distributed without child-resistant safety caps, posing a poisoning risk to young children. No injuries have been reported.
