A Real Bang for Your Buck

After eating lunch at Bangkok City in Hoboken today, I realized you don’t have to travel halfway across the world to find great Thai food. I ordered enough food to feed ten people, and it was all delicious, but my favorite dish was definitely the Pad Thai entree with a side of coconut white rice. The Pad Thai has juicy chicken, eggs, bean sprouts and ground peanuts over rice noodles (it’s making my mouth water just thinking about it). Combined with a side of coconut rice, it’s simply amazing!
