Karma Kafe in the Digest Family Lunch Box

by Lauren Bull

Karma Kafe is an amazing Hoboken delivery option, especially if, like us, you are almost always hungry and like to stretch food for multiple meals. For our Digest family lunch this week, we dived into Karma's veggie samosas, mutton biryani, chicken tikka masala, and tandoori chicken.

We’re all very shy.

The lunch boxes to go are an awesome deal, ranging in price from $7-10. If you’re on the vegetarian tip, my personal favorite dish there is the paneer kashmiri, which is cheese cubes and veggies in saffron korma sauce. It's creamy and has a thousand flavors, all of which are amazing. Or you can just order a bunch of things and eat forever.

Seems like a better idea, maybe.

I’m starting a new paragraph for the Karma naan, because it’s the right thing to do. Naan is bread, but it’s soft, chewy, blistered, warm, beautiful, delicious bread. It’s all the words. Let’s look at it right now.

Karma’s website says that the restaurant is “a great place to ponder about your current state of existence while you sip a Taj Mahal beer and munch on a crispy veggie samosa.” We’re all in a good place now.

Oh, hey.
