The Bradford Rooftop Bar: The Perfect Date Night
We recently visited The Bradford Rooftop Bar for a night for a date night. Starting with a red pepper hummus—laced with roasted garlic, tahini and chickpeas. Served appropriately with plenty of crispy pita bread.
For main courses, guests should not overlook “The Grill” as it is playfully called on the menu, which lands you hanger steak, grilled bratwurst, pork flat iron, red pepper, charred broccolini and an anointment of 25-year aged balsamico. Each cut of meat is grilled to perfection in this large format entree. Meat lovers, rejoice.

We finished our meal with the mudslide brownie, which was decadent, rich and studded with plenty of gooey chocolate and marshmallows. The mudslide brownie is finished with a Bailey’s whipped cream, adding a slightly boozy touch to the dessert. The service was attentive and friendly, and the DJ kept the dance floor packed all night long. I was even able to convince my wife to dance with me for a few songs which made the experience that much better.
Overall, The Bradford Rooftop Bar provides an exceptional experience. The food was delicious, the cocktails were impressive, and the atmosphere was utterly perfect for a night out. Whether it be a date night or just drinks with friends, The Bradford Rooftop Bar is the perfect option for a night out in New Jersey.
