Tonight at the W Hotel’s Halifax restaurant, French champagne company Ruinart will be hosting a dinner to unite both Chef Seadon Shouse’s Nova Scotian-inspired menu with four of their different champagne offerings. Guests will begin their evening by sipping Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and enjoying passed hors d’oeuvres such as chickpea fritters, smoked Maine mussels, brioche crostini and mushroom soup shooters.
