This outstanding achievement will be officially recognized on National Tequila Day, Wednesday, July 24, at 3:30 p.m., with a presentation ceremony taking place on the plaza in the center of downtown Metuchen, directly in front of the restaurant.

We are thrilled to have Guinness World Records confirm this achievement!”

Guided by Chef Antonio Carballo, a native of Puerto Vallarta, the Meximodo team embarked on a journey to Mexico to experience the region where tequila originated. This journey allowed them to gain invaluable insights into the production process, from cultivation to distillation. They also had the opportunity to encounter super rare small batch tequila and mezcal producers unknown to US distributors, expanding their knowledge and the overall list.
