Atlantic City is turning up the heat this March.
Visit Atlantic City is officially launching Taste Atlantic City, a reimagined and expanded version of the city’s traditional Restaurant Week. Instead of limiting diners to just a few days, the shore destination is celebrating its culinary scene for an entire month — giving locals and visitors more time, more access and more flavor.
Beginning March 1, more than 70 restaurants across Atlantic City and Atlantic County will offer specially priced multi-course menus, showcasing the diversity and depth of the region’s dining scene.
A Culinary Lineup Worth the Trip

From celebrity-chef destinations inside casino resorts to beloved neighborhood staples, Taste Atlantic City delivers something for every palate.
Participating casino restaurants include:
- Nobu Atlantic City
- Amada by Jose Garces
- Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen
- Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill
- Gordon Ramsay Steak
- Angeline by Michael Symon
Meanwhile, local favorites such as Setaara, Angeloni’s Club Madrid, and the iconic Knife & Fork Inn are also joining the celebration.
Beyond the city limits, Atlantic County establishments including Taste 1864, Sunrise Tequila Bar, and Smithville Inn will participate as well, expanding the event’s footprint and highlighting the region’s broader culinary community.
Throughout March, diners can enjoy:
- Three-course lunch menus for $20
- Dinner menus starting at $30, $45, and $60
The pricing structure allows restaurants to showcase signature dishes and seasonal specialties at accessible price points, giving diners the opportunity to explore new spots or revisit favorites.
Reinventing Restaurant Week
According to Gary Musich, President and CEO of Visit Atlantic City, the expanded format is strategic.
“By reinventing the traditional Restaurant Week into a month-long culinary celebration, we are creating a greater opportunity to drive visitation and elevate awareness of Atlantic City’s thriving dining scene,” Musich said. “From world-class Italian and authentic Asian cuisine to innovative New American concepts and fresh, locally inspired seafood, Atlantic City offers an exceptional culinary experience for every palate.”
Extending the event across the entire month of March allows for increased tourism traffic while providing restaurants with sustained exposure during the late-winter shoulder season.
Kicking Off With the Captain’s Table
Taste Atlantic City launches in tandem with the 11th Annual Captain’s Table, held during the Discover Boating Atlantic City Boat Show at the Atlantic City Convention Center.
The Captain’s Table features dishes from some of the region’s finest chefs, with proceeds benefiting the Community FoodBank of New Jersey’s “Let Us Eat, Please” foundation. The initiative supports summer feeding programs for children across South Jersey—adding a philanthropic element to the celebration.
A Destination Built on Experience
Atlantic City has long been known for its boardwalk, casinos and nightlife. But over the past decade, its dining scene has evolved into a serious culinary destination—blending high-end chef-driven concepts with independently owned restaurants that reflect the city’s cultural diversity.
With nine casino resorts, a historic boardwalk, live entertainment and a growing food scene, Atlantic City continues to position itself as a premier East Coast getaway.
Taste Atlantic City aims to spotlight that evolution—encouraging visitors to see the destination not just as a weekend gaming trip, but as a true food lover’s escape.
