Walking into the Stork Club is like stepping onto a movie set. The décor is a masterful blend of Art Deco and mid-century modern, with plush velvet seating, gleaming brass accents, and a palette of rich jewel tones. The charcuterie board, with its selection of artisanal cheeses and cured meats, was a standout, as were the mini lobster rolls and the truffle fries. It’s clear that the culinary team has put a great deal of thought into creating a menu that complements the overall experience.
What truly sets the Stork Club apart, however, is its commitment to service. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a VIP. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu and the history of the club, and genuinely eager to ensure that every guest had a memorable experience. As the night drew to a close and I stepped back out onto the streets of Summit, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of excitement for what the Stork Club’s arrival means for Summit Township and the neighboring community. We have no shortage of excellent restaurants and bars, but few offer this level of sophistication and old-world charm. The Stork Club is more than just a place to grab a drink or a bite to eat; it’s an experience, a journey back in time to an era when elegance and glamour reigned supreme.
