From songs with nostalgic lyrics to memorable faces like Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Daisy, the world of Disney played a significant role in many people’s childhoods. Now, these beloved on-screen characters have traded in their shoes for ice skates. The show Disney on Ice has been making tour stops all throughout different venues in North America since the start of 2022 and in the weeks to come, they will be making a stop in Trenton, NJ.

What To Expect at Disney on Ice

Disney on Ice will be making its way to the city of Trenton, New Jersey from March 17 through 20 at the CURE Insurance Arena. People of all ages are invited to attend and see their favorite Disney characters perform. Both on March 17 and 18, there will be one time slot for the show starting at 7 p.m. On March 19, time slots will be 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Lastly on March 20, there will be only two time slots: 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Disney on Ice runs about two hours long. There are five different Disney on Ice-themed performances: Dream Big, Mickey’s Search Party, Let’s Celebrate, Mickey and Friends and Into the Magic.

For Trenton goers, Disney on Ice will present the “Mickey and Friends” performance. The show will feature Mickey going on a journey with his friends– Minnie, Donald and Goofy– to find out what his favorite memory is. The friend group will also be traveling into the world of classic Disney stories. Other special appearances will include Moana, Elsa, Anna and other iconic Disney characters. As an audience interaction feature, hosts of the Disney on Ice performance will use Mickey’s “Mouse Pad” to reel in families into taking part in Mickey’s journey.
