If you’ve ever taken a spin class at your local gym, forget everything you think you know about indoor cycling. The CycleBar Franchise just opened its newest location, a 3,200 square foot studio in Fort Lee’s Hudson Lights development. Owned by Marisa Kochnover, who is also the Executive Instructor, and Abbey and Steve Braverman, CycleBar Fort Lee offers a pay-per-class (no membership) cycling experience coupled with one-of-a-kind amenities and overall impressive studio space. Each CycleTheater features 48 bikes, LED lighting and DJ booth. Riders can also track their performance using CycleStats or download CycleBeats music which was used during class. Afterwards, riders are able to cool down with fresh fruit, enhanced water and aromatherapy.
As of now, there are 35 CycleBar locations up and running, with 65 more expected to launch by the end of 2016. At CycleBar Fort Lee, they provide 35 classes per week and until November 28th, as part of their grand opening, all rides at this location are free and you can visit their website to book your ride.
