In a recent study, 16 New Jersey towns rank among the top 100 places in the U.S. to raise a family, according to Niche.com. The ranking was completed considering cost of living, crime, and other data from the U.S. Census Bureau, CDC, and FBI, among other sources.

Haworth (5) and Mountain Lakes (7) landed in the top 10. Here is the full ranking:

Just outside of Philly, Chesterbrook, PA, took the No. 1 spot in the U.S. Located in Chester County, the suburb is one of Pennsylvania’s top places to live. It has a dense suburban feel, with most residents owning their homes. The area has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.
