Well, they’re not so much tips as they are suggestions. It’s about that time for the daily Deals You Can Digest. Take a look at today’s choices for Thursday food and drink deals in Hoboken and Jersey City.
Green Rock (Hoboken): Come with friends because it’s 2-for-1 appetizers at Green Rock from 5pm until close. Also, grab yourself a $3.50 Corona or Corona Light from 8pm until close.
Village Pourhouse (Hoboken): Aside from having a pretty lengthy Happy Hour (11am to 8pm), it’s “Beat the Clock” Thursday at Village Pourhouse. From 9pm to 10pm get $2 Coors Lights and $3 house drinks. Every hour, the price of drinks goes up $1, so you really have to “beat the clock.”
Carpe Diem (Hoboken): Carpe Diem offers 1/2 priced bottles of wine on Thursdays. Happy hour is from 4pm until 8pm.
The Merchant (Jersey City): Every Thursday, get a $15 gourmet Short Rib Burger and a NJ beer. Thursdays also offer discounts on “South of the border” drinks. Get $3 margaritas, Coronas, Corona Lights, Tequila Sunrise and shots of Jose-Cuervo.
10th and Willow (Hoboken): 1/2 priced martinis and Happy Hour until midnight.
