Super Bowl Cocktails For Your Guests

Alcohol is a staple in any quality Super Bowl party, but instead of simply offering a selection of cheap beer and wine, impress your guests with homemade Super Bowl cocktails like the ones we’ve listed below. 1. Gridiron Punch, recipe makes 6 servings

6 bottles of lighter beer

2 half-cups pineapple juice
12 ounces lemon-lime soda
Lemon, lime, and orange for garnish

There’s no way to mess this drink up. Simply pour all ingredients together, stir and keep chilled!

2. Luchador, makes 1 serving

What you need:
A 12-ounce can or bottle of a pilsner-style Mexican beer
2 ounces Clamato juice

1 ounce lime juice

3 dashes hot sauce

Pinch of cumin seeds

Pinch of ground black pepper

Pinch of kosher salt

Ice and a frosted mug

Cocktail shaker

What to do:
Pour beer into the frosted mug

Combine the rest of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker that’s filled halfway with ice. Shake well, strain over the beer, stir, and serve.


3. Nonalcoholic Option – Raspberry Frost Soda, makes 24 servings

What you need:
1 64 ounce bottle of cranberry juice, chilled

2 half-gallon containers of raspberry sherbet

3 1-liter bottles of ginger ale, chilled

24 short, but wide glasses.

What to do:
Pour 1/4 cup cranberry juice in each of the 24 glasses.
Place 1 scoop, or about a ½ cup of sherbet in each glass.
Fill with ginger ale.
