Reality television star Teresa Giudice and her husband, Luis Ruelas, are facing more than $3 million in tax liens, according to court documents.
Records obtained by People show Giudice, 52, owes $303,889.20, while Ruelas, 49, has an outstanding debt north of $2.5 million. In December 2024, Ruelas was issued a separate lien of $163,523.94, which remains unresolved.
Giudice, a longtime cast member of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, has previously faced financial and legal troubles. In 2009, she and her former husband, Joe Giudice, filed for bankruptcy with debts totaling $11 million. The couple later pleaded guilty to multiple fraud charges.
Giudice served 11 months of a 15-month prison sentence, while Joe Giudice completed a 41-month term before being deported to Italy.
Following their divorce, Giudice married Ruelas in 2022. The couple has been featured on RHONJ, with Ruelas appearing prominently in recent seasons. The show remains on pause following ongoing conflicts among its cast members.
Neither Giudice nor Ruelas has commented on the tax liens.
