Someone Is Killing Seagulls in a NJ Parking Lot: But Why?

by Staff

Stafford Township police are investigating two separate incidents in which vehicles allegedly targeted and killed seagulls in the parking lot of Costco Wholesale. Witnesses reported that the drivers intentionally drove through flocks of seagulls, striking and killing several birds in both instances.

Authorities are seeking the public’s help in identifying the individuals responsible. The incidents have sparked outrage among locals, with many expressing their disgust over the deliberate harm to the birds.

No apparent motive for the carnage has been defined yet, but many have taken to social media to vocalize outrage over the senseless killing. On the other hand, some users agree with the perpetrator, posting comment such as “Hopefully we give them a reward for killing the flying rats.”

Anyone with information about the incidents is urged to contact Detective Reed at the Stafford Township Police Department.
