Edgewater, a small town in Bergen County, has been recognized as one of the safest places to live in the United States, according to a recent study by SmartAsset. The town ranked among the top 10 in the 2024 America’s Safest Suburbs report, which analyzed crime data across the country.
The study highlighted Edgewater’s low crime rates and strong community safety measures as key factors in its ranking. The town’s proximity to New York City and its tight-knit community contributed to its high safety rating.
