Kicking off the summer (and rosé) season, the Digest recently attended the “Not So Basic Bash,” an event hosted by social media sensation The Fat Jewish. King of the memes, he was there to show off his line of White Girl Rosé, a wine inspired by the Hamptons rosé shortage of 2014. Each guest received a complimentary glass to toast the celebration (Yass!) and some not-so-basics got the chance at a photo-op.
The party was held at NYC’s Hudson Terrace, located in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen. Over time, the space has been transformed from a turn-of-the-century stable into what is now one of New York’s hottest venues. An indoor-outdoor space with a climate-controlled retractable roof and modern décor makes it the perfect spot to party year-round.
Also in attendance was the owner of Hudson Terrace, Michael Sinensky, who was celebrating his birthday, and music artist Rozes, who at the end the night, put on a performance of her hit song “Roses” by the Chainsmokers. With so many high points throughout the night, we could’t help but leave the party preaching #roséallday.
