The upcoming weekend is packed with family friendly events in Hoboken and Jersey City. But don’t worry we’ve also included some adult fun, too.
Skate with Santa
Test out how slick your are on skates at the Charlie Heger Ice Skating Rink in Jersey City this Saturday at noon. Skate with Santa is a free event, and as an added bonus, you can get a free photo with Kris Kringle.
Light refreshments will be served. Skate rentals are $4 for children and adults and just a buck for seniors.

Hoboken Mommies Holiday Party and Toy Drive
Our friends at Hoboken Mommies 24/7 have partnered with Hoboken Family Alliance for their annual toy drive this Sunday at 2 p.m. at Pilsener Haus in Hoboken. Anyone planning on attending should bring a toy to donate. There will be goodies for your kiddos and Pilsener Haus specials for you!

Santa's Elf Factory and Vendor Village
Your youngster will have a blast decorating cookies with Mrs. Claus, getting their photo taken with Santa, creating ornaments and Christmas cards and dancing with elves while you get some Christmas shopping done at the Vendor Village next door.
The cost for the day’s activities, which begin at 10 a.m. at Victory Hall in Jersey City is $20 per child, but if you come bearing a gift for Toys for Tots, you’ll get a three dollar discount.

Holiday Craft Fair
If you don’t already have a pile of gifts towering from your living room floor from all the craft fairs going on this month, here’s another chance to do so. The Hoboken Historical Museum is hosting a free craft fair this Saturday, Dec. 14 at noon. Pick up knitwear, jewelry, pieces of art from talented local artists and home decor.
