Wall Township isn’t the first place you’d expect to find a private mega-estate that feels more like a theme park than a home. However, a recent $6 million sale just shattered every real estate record in the immediate area.
Built on 23 acres, the 22,000-square-foot compound has officially become the most expensive property ever sold in Wall. Once you peek at what’s behind its gates, the price tag suddenly makes a bit more sense.
According to Realtor.com, the mansion packs in 10 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, a full underground nightlife setup and more than 60 rooms in total. By all accounts, it’s built for a wealthy buyer who wants their own personal entertainment universe: indoor and outdoor pools, a movie theater, arcade, multiple bars, a full gym with spa and even a massage studio.
That’s before you even get to the amenities outside. A 14-stall horse barn, four-hole golf course, a tennis court, basketball court, racquetball court, volleyball court and two full guest apartments separate from the main home.
The mansion, listed by Jersey Shore-area realtor Sal Ventre, sat on the market for quite some time. With no comparable homes anywhere nearby—and sky-high rebuild costs—the listing bounced around the market for several years, taking multiple price cuts before finally landing in the hands of an international buyer.
The new owner, an investor from Ghana, reportedly discovered the estate through social media and swooped in for a private showing before making an offer. The plan? To use the compound as a vacation home and luxe entertaining hub for business guests.
With the deal finally closed, the massive estate is a reminder that pockets of extreme wealth are tucked all across New Jersey. Whether it becomes a quiet getaway or the backdrop for high-powered gatherings, one thing is certain: It’s one of the most unique properties ever sold in New Jersey.
