If you want a bath towel that is softer than cotton towels, you should invest in towels made with bamboo materials. Moreover, this material has hypoallergenic and odor-resistant properties while offering a luxurious feel. Also, bamboo fibers have natural antimicrobial properties, which can prevent bacterial growth in towels made with the fibers.

You can find towels made with several other materials apart from the ones mentioned above. Since cotton towels are more gentle on the skin and more readily available in the market, they are more commonly used in bathrooms. However, if you want more luxurious and eco-friendly towels, you can invest in bamboo towels. Even though microfiber towels are primarily used for wiping windows and surfaces, you may also consider them for their high absorbing capacity.
