If you’ve read New Jersey Digest for a while, then you know that we love our diners. And what’s not to love? Stainless steel and neon accents, all-day breakfast, Greek specialties, milkshakes, cheesecake and plenty of late-night grub—diners have it all and then some. We do not mess around when it comes to our beloved diners and every dyed-in-the-wool New Jerseyan has their favorites.
We compiled a list of some of the best diners across the state, including a mix of top-rated diners, our own favorites and, of course, recommendations from the official diner experts of New Jersey, Jon and Karri Ricklin, AKA NJ Diner Journey.
