This opening marks Bluestone’s third opening in the Garden State, soon to become a Jersey staple. Reminiscent of Australia’s vibrant cafe culture, this eatery pushes healthy and delectable options perfect for the early riser on-the-go or the brunch connoisseur.
The Menu
Expect a diverse menu composed of popular signatures and exciting new additions exclusive to Princeton. Stick to an old favorite and enjoy an avocado smash toast topped with punchy feta, heirloom tomato, and fragrant herbs.
