As if you needed an excuse to dine out at some of the area’s latest and greatest, here it is anyway. January 27th marks the kick off of our favorite bi-annual event, Hudson Restaurant Week—where you get to eat at local hotspots for a discounted rate. Typically, restaurants offer a prix-fixe menu for lunch and/or dinner Monday through Friday (although sometimes deals over the weekend have appeared). Those menus are exclusive to Hudson Restaurant Week 2020, which extends until February 7th. For this year’s HRW, the 16th year for the event, they’re offering the largest variety of restaurants to date with over 60 participating businesses. Here are a few Hoboken and Jersey City newbies that are making their Hudson Restaurant Week 2020 debut.
