On Wednesday, December 8, 2021, Publick House will be hosting an exclusive five-course wine pairing dinner.
The one-night-only event will begin at 6 p.m. Publick House’s distinguished culinary team has curated an exciting menu featuring wine selections from around the world.
“Come celebrate this holiday season on Wednesday, December 8 with our tasting menu paired with carefully selected wines!” the restaurant said in an Instagram post.
In terms of food offerings, guests can expect a lobster amuse-bouche, pressed Berkshire pork cheeks, prime dry-aged short rib, a blood orange cake and more.
The ambiance of this modern American gastropub is sure to impress. It’s best known for its cozy stone fireplace.
Publick House, which opened in Mountainside in 2009, specializes in farm-to-table fare. On any given day, guests can peruse the ever-changing menu, local craft beer selections, seasonal cocktails and an extensive wine list.
In the past, Publick House has held a bourbon pairing dinner with Old Forester, a Spanish wine dinner, an Italian wine pairing event and more.
Guests can reserve their spot for Wednesday’s event here. The dinner is $195 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
