Easter at Crystal Springs

New Jersey’s premier four-season resort, Crystal Springs, offers the perfect venue for holidays with friends and family, and Easter this year is no exception. Crystal Springs will be offering six different options for Easter celebrations starting on Sunday, April 1st. From romantic dinners to family-friendly brunch buffets and even an Easter egg hunt for the children, there’s something for everyone.

Easter Sunday Brunch:

Restaurant Latour at the Grand Cascades Lodge: Put a fine dining spin on the holiday and choose between a $55 two-course or a $75 three-course brunch. Menu options will include scrambled eggs with crispy oysters and osetra caviar or pork belly with stout waffle and a smoked maple syrup. Brunch at Restaurant Latour at the Grand Cascades Lodge will be served from 11am to 4pm.

Emerald Ballroom at the Grand Cascades Lodge: The Emerald Ballroom will be offering a grand buffet with delicious selections such as wild mushroom and duck confit crepes and rosemary roasted leg of lamb. Brunch will be served from 11am to 4pm. Prices are $62 for ages 12 and over, $25 for ages 4-11 and free for children under 4.

Diamond Ballroom at Minerals: Guests won’t leave Diamond Ballroom at Minerals hungry with their bountiful Easter brunch buffet, which includes a seafood bar, carving and pasta stations and an assortment of mouth-watering desserts. Brunch will be served from 11am to 4pm. Prices range from 42.95 for ages 12 and up, $19.95 for children between 11am to 3:30pm and free for children under four.

Black Bear Golf Course: Black Bear Golf Course is offering a festive Easter brunch buffet with a make-your-own omelet station and a delicious carving station offering a roasted leg of lamb. Brunch hours are from 10:30am to 3:30pm. Prices range from $39.95 for ages 12 and over, $15.95 for ages four to 11 and free for all children under four.

Easter Dinner:

Crystal Tavern: At Crystal Tavern guests can enjoy a three-course meal for $39/person. For Easter dinner Chef Aishling Stevens will be serving elevated all-American offerings such as chicken pot pie and crumbed lamb cutlet served with zucchini and sumac yogurt sauce plus a leg of lamb with all trimmings for $69.

Spring Bistro: This delightful Easter dinner features a three-course menu for $59/person with specials such as seared scallops and lamb prepared with pistachios, carrots and couscous with an optional wine pairing for an additional $30. For dessert, Spring Bistro recommends their delicious lemon cheesecake or chocolate and citrus.

Activities:

Easter Egg Hunt: Both the Grand Cascade Lodge and Minerals Resort will hold the Annual Crystal Springs Easter Egg Hunt where children of all ages can participate in the fun! Children will be finding candy-filled Easter eggs, including one very special golden egg ticket. Children participating might even enjoy a visit from the Easter Bunny himself!
