As the warmth settles in and spring blossoms, so do our desires for fitness. Far too long have we hibernated in our homes and fattened ourselves up for warmth. Luckily, New Jersey Running Company is giving us the incentive we need to get back on track. They’ve got some awesome events coming up with our health in mind.
Free Weekly Runs and Yoga
-Meet at store
-3-4 mile group runs on Thursdays at 7 p.m.
-5-8 mile groups runs on Saturdays at 8:30 a.m. Post-run field trip to Bean Vault Coffee.
-In-store Yoga on Sundays at 11 a.m. (suggested donations).
Wiggin’ Out With “On”
-Thursday, April 10, at 7 p.m. in the store.
-Wigs, beer, air guitar, and ’80s metal to celebrate the release of On Running Shoes.
Yoga for Men
-Six-week beginners series
-Wednesdays 8:30-9:30 p.m., April 9-May 14
-$115 pre-register, $125 day of.
Last Training Day for NJ Marathon
-Saturday, April 12, at 8:30 a.m.
-Thursday, April 17, at 7 p.m.
-3-4 mile course mapped out. Predict distance and pace. Closest guess wins a prize!
Group Run with Newton and 2XU
-Meet at store.
-Thursday, April 24, at 7 p.m.
-15% off all Newton and 2XU purchases.
-Followed by Happy Hour/drink specials at Mills Tavern.
