Pizza fanatics, we’ve got the event for you. Hoboken Happy Hours will host its 8th Annual Hoboken Pizza Fest on Saturday, October 26. The event offers attendees the chance to sample pizza from several local restaurants in a bar-crawl-style format.
Participants can purchase a $30 ticket, which includes a half slice of pizza from each participating vendor. Proceeds will benefit a local Hoboken non-profit.
Check-in will take place at two locations, Urban CoalHouse at 116 14th Street for uptown visitors and Napoli’s Pizza at 133 Clinton Street for downtown attendees. A punchcard received at check-in grants access to pizza samples at participating vendors.
Pizza offerings range from traditional slices to creative varieties like spicy vodka pizza empanadas and eggplant parmesan focaccia pizza. Restaurants such as Tony Boloney’s, Madd Hatter, and Pizza Republic are slated to participate.
The event will proceed rain or shine. Organizers ask participants to be mindful of limited seating at restaurants and to properly dispose of trash. Refunds are available until five days before the event.
