The US Open draws hundreds of thousands of fans to Queens each year to witness tennis at its absolute peak. And while the competition is the main event, the food and beverage lineup remains a huge draw for many.
That’s certainly the case at the 2026 US Open.
Beyond the famed Honey Deuce—a vodka-spiked raspberry-lemonade sipper with tennis ball-inspired melon balls—are plenty of food and drink options that span the globe, showing the best of New York City’s dining scene.
This year, a New Jersey restaurant will join the fun once again. Chef Robbie Felice’s famed pastaRAMEN returns to the US Open for 2026.

pastaRAMEN opened its doors in 2023, backed by Montclair Hospitality Group. It was Felice’s first foray into the world of Wafu-Italian cooking—a style of cuisine popularized in 1950s Tokyo, which saw Japanese chefs bringing local flavor and flair to Italian foods, bridging an otherwise large gap between the two cuisines.
The Montclair restaurant looks to re-popularize the concept. Mochi carbonara noodles, cacio e pepe gyoza, spicy miso ramen with meatballs—these are just a few of the flavors you can expect when walking into pastaRAMEN.
Now, for the second year in a row, Felice brings Wafu-Italian to the World’s Borough for the US Open.
The pastaRAMEN noodle stand will sit in the middle of the Food Village at USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. Felice will serve a mix of pastaRAMEN staples, and some items completely new for the event.
Expect Wafu-Italian Caesar Insalata with crispy chicken katsu, Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, Nori Honey Curly Fries with garlic crema, Chicken Teriyaki Ramen with Parmigiano Reggiano, and, of course, the Shrimp Scampi Ramen—a pastaRAMEN favorite.

pastaRAMEN will be representing New Jersey on tennis’ largest stage throughout the US Open this year—including the qualifiers his week. The main tournament kicks off this Sunday, August 30 and concludes on Sunday, September 13 with the Men’s Singles Finals.
If you’re headed to the stadium any time from now until then, be sure to grab some noodles from pastaRAMEN in the Food Village.
