Do you love ramen? Can you slurp down a bowl of the stuff in what feels like record time? If you answered yes, we’ve got incredible news for you.
Ani Ramen and sponsor, Sun Noodle, are hosting the sixth annual Ramen Eating Contest on October 5 at Ani Ramen in Cranford, NJ.

Future ramen champions can enter and find out more information here. To enter, you must be 18 years or older and purchase a contest ticket for $25. While the contest will no doubt be fun, the most impressive noodle slurpers won’t leave empty-handed.

$1,000 cash prize
2nd Place
$500 cash prize
3rd Place
$250 cash prize
The winner will be decided by the most bowls of ramen eaten within the eight-minute window, or the first person to eat 10 bowls (finishing the broth is not required to win).
In addition to the noodle indulgence, drink specials, snacks and additional giveaways will be available. A special guest host will also be at Ani Ramen Cranford. It’s going to be a night of music, noodles, drinks and more.
