Here are seven of the coziest mountain towns in New Jersey to visit.

Andover

Andover is compact, historic and close to wide open spaces. Kittatinny Valley State Park offers easy trails along wetlands and woodlands in New Jersey’s northwest corner. Blairstown

Blairstown is a small Victorian village along the Paulins Kill River. Downtown features well-preserved historic homes, shops and cafes. The gothic architecture of Blair Academy anchors the town.
