A winery nestled in Warren County has introduced a new way to enjoy the vineyard experience. Visitors to Alba Vineyard now have more to savor than just wine tastings. The winery recently launched a full dining service that goes beyond the casual snacks and food trucks common at many local vineyards.

Alba Vineyard

The new dining venue focuses on wood-fired cooking, using fresh ingredients sourced from local farms and the vineyard’s own garden. It aims to offer approachable yet thoughtfully prepared dishes that pair naturally with the estate wines.

Guests can dine outdoors on a spacious 10,000-square-foot patio overlooking rolling hills and vineyards or inside the tasting room and wine production areas during colder months. Together, these spaces accommodate over 300 diners, offering ample room to relax and enjoy the setting.

The menu includes croissant sandwiches filled with curried chicken salad, pizzas topped with foraged wild mushrooms and garlic confit, and burgers dressed with housemade wine reduction sauces and bacon jam. The dishes maintain a balance between simplicity and elegance, designed to complement rather than compete with the wines.

Vine To Wine

The full-service restaurant, Reverie Kitchen, opened in April and operates Friday through Sunday. This marks one of the first times a New Jersey winery has introduced waited dining service as part of its regular offerings.

Later this summer, Reverie Kitchen will add tableside wine service, allowing guests to remain seated while enjoying both food and wine. This addition elevates the overall winery experience, moving beyond quick bites to a complete meal paired with estate-grown wines.

The restaurant’s operation draws on local hospitality expertise. Its management team brings experience from other regional venues and event catering, ensuring a polished and attentive dining experience.

Unlike many wineries that scale back food options during colder months, this venue stays open year-round thanks to its indoor seating options. This commitment reflects a growing demand for wineries to offer a more comprehensive and comfortable guest experience regardless of the season.

Alba Vineyard offers visitors a scenic escape with rolling vineyards and limestone-rich soils typical of the Warren Hills American Viticultural Area. With its new dining addition, the vineyard now presents a more complete destination for wine lovers seeking quality food, fine wine, and a welcoming atmosphere.
