I’m sure plenty of you have been celebrating the occasion all weekend and still nursing a hangover, but that’s no reason for you to fall back into the monotony of the work week. Enjoy the final night of celebration with spiked aguas frescas with El Jimador tequila and special menu items like tamarind and chili-glazed chicken with spiced cornbread, seared skirt steak with Mexican chimichurri. All while a DJ spins some great music.
