—Hoboken Happy Hours is set to put forth their sixth iteration of Pizza Fest on Saturday, October 22nd from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Pizza is the greatest-of-all-time New Jersey food and if you, like us, cannot get enough of it, then Pizza Fest might be just the event for you. Hosted by Hoboken Happy Hours, the Sixth Annual Pizza Fest is the city’s sauce-y, cheese-y version of a bar crawl. Featuring some of Hoboken’s most legendary pizzas, this ticketed event is a no-brainer.
Some of the participating pizzerias are Alessio’s Cafe, Urban CoalHouse, Tony Boloney’s, Johnny Pepperoni, Artichoke Pizza and more to come.
After purchasing a ticket, you will be given one of three check-in locations for the day of the event: Uptown, Midtown or Downtown. Once checked in at your designated spot, you will receive a punch card for the event. This punch card serves as your pass into pizza goodness and it helps you keep track of which slices you’ve had throughout the day. After receiving your pass, you will be asked to start at a specific location to help space out the clutter evenly amongst participants. At each pizzeria, simply present your punch card and receive a half slice of pizza to enjoy while walking around the city.
Tickets are $30 and unlock full access to the event. That means a half slice of pizza from every single participant— a major deal. In addition to the pizza, ticket sales will benefit a local Hoboken non-profit that is to be determined.
Ben & Jerry’s will be offering a complimentary sweet treat for all Pizza Fest participants as their last stop on the tour. What better way to bring out your inner child than a day filled with pizza and ice cream?
If the ice cream and pizza wasn’t enough to lure you in, how about an after party? Urban CoalHouse will be hosting an after party from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. featuring drink specials exclusive for the event.
Tickets are available now and will sell fast. Be sure to secure your tickets today here. The value of this event far exceeds the price of the ticket, so it is the perfect opportunity for foodies and families alike to enjoy a pizza-filled day in Hoboken. Support a good cause without breaking the bank.
